Well in the original FFI, not DoS, the enemy encounter rate was not so random. In fact, there were a series of set encounters that changed each time you did something, and I'm forgetting what that is at the moment...

Found him. Took me about 5 minutes. :D Lets hear it for pure dumb luck. :D :D :D
