I think it would, but with the vast amounts of cultures and people wanting to do their own thing, like 'Kishi said, would hinder any progress made. I can't see many countries wanting to hand over power to some foreign government that controlled everything, even if it was multi-national.Quote:

Even here in Wales, there is an anti-English attitude around though I hardly see much reason for it these days (other than the lack of speaking of the Welsh language, though they need not look further than their own children in many cases, never mind the English), and I would hate to see that on a global scale, perhaps when violent means would be more common.
