I had a title for a little while actually. The admins decided to play a joke on me and a few other people by calling us various spellings of "Crash's Knight". :p Crash himself became "administratar". :greenie: So that's one of the other ways to get one. Although that's only if they feel like playing jokes on you. Mine was even colored to match my avatar and sig. :p
