but to me the game only gives you a few rules to follow and while the rest is your choice, but i didn't keep my characters just to beat the game fast when i was on my last mission on chapter one i just trained till all of them mastered atleast monk,wizard,night,archer, and yours truly squire and were atleast level 30 we defeated algus and also his gang in 5 turns note to self when at chapter 2 go to madalia plains and when you encounter a survied death corp person hope you have a thief cuz you need to steal there amor and well everything becuz there amors,weapons,shields,and accesories are light years a head of your amor and well u get it :D

I always start by trying to get one recruit with max brave and min faith. Another with max faith and min brave. And one that has both up high.
That or for fun I just go and make roleplay type chars.. Where I try to get faith and brave to match the character I devised on paper. That is fun too.

why wased the time when you can just cover the brave and faith with meditataor if thats how you spell it. I just pay attention to all the equiptment thats what thiefs are for what other reasons well to charm either a male or female.
