Depends on how hot/cold the planets are. If they were extremely hot/cold, I would prefer incineration over being flash-frozen. If they were very hot/cold, I would prefer a cold-induced coma over severe burns. If they were mildly hot/cold, well... I don't have any preference between heat stroke and hypothermia. :-/

Think about it for a moment.
First you lose a lot of liquids from your body until your hair and nails start to boil. Then just happens all kind of horrifying things until you die.

When you freeze, you fist only don´t fell your limbs and then you just kinda.. fall asleep and that´s it.

I would rather freeze, I suppose, but only because I'm guessing it wouldn't hurt as much as burning to death.
