I mostly IM my friends or family, but there are a few people on here that I talk to :)

I am always set as away on IM programs so I am the only one who starts conversations; I don't really like talking to people unless I want to.

I use IM's to talk to people I don't know offline. I do talk to people on IMs that I know offline but only to orginise a night out; if they have been at uni. half-way across the country all week; or other reasons like I have ust found the funniest thing on the internet etc..

I IM people I know and like. I avoid random humans.

I hardly ever IM... because I don't have much to talk about to people on there, I guess? Or I'm too busy. Sometimes I use it if I need to talk to people about something in particular, or if I'm bored at college. Or yeah I like to use it to talk to people I know well, but I prefer the phone for conversation with some people. ^_^

Im not very good at starting conversations so I usualy wait for people to IM me.

I talk to a few people, but mostly I wait to be IMed. I don't usually initiate the conversations.

I always let people im me first because I know that if I do it first, I'm either bothering them or they just don't want to chat with me and plus my real-life friends are never online and people I meet in chatrooms are so boring (they're always online). I hate getting to know someone online I prefer to get to know them face to face

I'm on AIM most of the time but never really talk to anybody except a couple of people. And that is only to exchange humurous photos and yell "FUDGE" at each other. Besides, most of my list are like, the same freaking people with 500 different sn's... make up your minds you jerks!

50/50. But when I do IM people, it's usually the same people all the time - Sarah, Ally, foa, Kami, Kathy etc. People seem to enjoy IM'ing me anyway.

I wait for people to IM me most of the time.
But i usually get msn addresses instead and mither people via that :fpenerg:

I'm always on MSN, and talking to somebody.

I don't use IM at all because I don't put spyware on my computer.
