I always found it more fun to just try and make it across the swamp without the chocobo. Of course, I've only succeeded twice.
Are you that dense? I was being sarcastic.Quote:

by the time you leave midgar you would have sued most of your options already.....
sure the first boss battle would lvl cloud to lvl 7....not forgetting the exp you get from the dudes at the beginning...
so you have barrett to juggle with here.....you can see where im goin here.....
i cant see it being possible.....though the best way to disprove this theory...is with actual evidence....so unitl we see evidence poiting to either side of the case....we count it as rumour....and leave it at that....

I read that some Japanese guy beat the game at level 7 I never believed it, but i read it. One thing you have to take into account though is that if you are at a low level, the monsters you fight are also at a low level. This includes bosses I believe. And you don't have to fight emerald or ruby to beat the game. So... I don't know but it is still impossible to have beat the game at level 7 without using cheats.
I'm not talking about the first boss, I'm talking about the first BATTLE, right after you get off the train. And the random battles and the bosses will not change with a lower or higher level. Both ff-fanatix and Sephitachi7 make valid points.Quote:

Either your lying or ITS UR RUCKEY DAY!
That's the biggest load of bull I've heard in my entire life. FF7 is like a batery, while Cloud and Sephiroth are the two polarities. The battery ain't going to work if only one polarity exists.Quote:

It certainly paved the way for the RPG(It was the first RPG I played)and it deserves its standing as a classic. But what pisses me off is all these spin-offs and that are being released.Imo its robbing FF7 of its dignity.
I wouldn't say that. The game didn't really feel complete at the end, and there were still a lot of questions to be asked. I hope these spin-offs top it off well or I will be very discouraged by Square Enix. Of course, FFXII has to screw up too.
