NOOOOOO!
How can they combine something so cool with something so LAME!!
quite easily.
Note that the PSP item is not a game.. Whatever game they come up with is for PS2.
Looks like they will taint another name with a substandard game. :(
Just hope it doesnt turn out as lame as most of the Simpsons' series.
~Keep it gooey~
Hang on, can we wait before passing judgement a little? Sure they might mess it up, as has been done with The Simpsons, but they also might not. I never played it, and this isn't my whole arguement so if I'm wrong ignore me, but I remember hearing good things about the Futurama game.
I don't really see how the game will work because a lot of the best bits in Family Guy involve scenes which are thrown into the main story quickly, and then basically ignored for the rest of the show (flashbacks and The Passion 2 etc.). Capturing that would either mean PHENOMENALLY fast switches between play and cut scenes so as to avoid broken gameplay, or using whole missions (ie. the chicken fights).
Still, playing as Brian or Stewie might be fun, I don't think it would be good having the other characters playable (unless its for mini-games), as their characters are either too weak, or they are meant to act illogically, which would either have to be ignored, or become frustrating to the player.
Ehh...as a Family Guy fan I'd say a game would be great and all, but then again, Family guy, and GTA definitely don't mix...<_<
You don't mix ANYTHING with GTA. It's about as bad as mixing wet hands with an electrical outlet.
I don't know, Spider-Man 2 wasn't too lacking in the GTAness, that kicked ass.
For the record I've just stopped a VERY LONG session on San Andreas, man that game kicks all kinds of things.
not only is it probably lame, but i wont buy it just on general principle. i seriously dont understand why people by games based on movies/tv shows/etc...
Oh dear.
i hope they do that would be awsome
