I just uninstalled my firewall and that didn't solve the problem.
The only problem I can think of is that I had some problem using Norton Firewall. I had a small hard drive crash and had to get rid of Norton firewall. Could that be what is causing the problem?
That didn't work either.
I am beginning to think about swithching to another program and see if it works then, any suggestions?

My download speeds on bittornado are higher than on any other client I've used (and I've used a lot).
