I don't think it was sex. Maybe first or second base. Cloud's not a player.

they could have don it.but i know they wouldve done it sooner or later.if you be nice to tifa instead of saying "were you listening?"she says"were you watching?"which means they could have done it but they were probbably just snoggin.but they have to have been doin somethin if she says "were you watching?"but after the game if it carried on tifa and cloud would definetly have sex.

exactly as ive been saying.it is definite that they were doing something if tifa says"you were watching?"but i wasnt sex or cherades.

I always thought Tifa harbored a secret crush on Red XIII or maybe Barret.... and Cloud loves Sephiroth someone else.

I always thought that in the high affection scene, Cloud and Tifa were just cuddling up to each other because anyone caught cuddling up to their special someone would bound to be embarrassed as hell and Cloud didn't have a response or anything. If they did have sex, he would have most likely been either blushing or grinning his ass off and he does neither. If he did blush or grin his ass off then the dialogue would have made it clear.
