Windows is for people that know how to run a computer. Mac is for people that cant fix problems. Not to bash anyone that has Mac, but it just seems like they are making people seem more stupid by telling them "you cant crash it"
You stepped in it...Quote:

I use Windows 2000 - Windows is all I've ever used :)
i use windiws but i like linux. i like the fact that you can custumize it to run like windows or mac or oter systems and the compilator is WAAAAAAAAAAY better than windows'.
Windows.
Why not?
Windows...
Windows XP.
That's wrong on many levels. I would say that OS X is for people who don't want problems, or want less of them. Windows is for people who assume that problems are a given. Which they are, in Windows, and in everything else too, but not to so great a degree as in Windows, in my experience.Quote:

Windows is mostly for people who have become forcibly accustomed to Windows to the point where they don't recognize something better when it comes along, or for people who passively accept whatever comes installed on their computers by default due to lack of knowledge of alternatives or motivation to change.
I use Windows because though I'm internet saavy, I'm computer retarded. I honestly don't care what I use, I just want it to be easy, run most programs, and not always die.
WINDOWS R LIEK TEH 0WNZ
Linux is for programmers and real computer savvy folks. Having said that, I use Windows. But I have used Linux before.

Something seemed wrong about this thread, and I didn't realize what it was until Unne's post - it was missing the Elitist Linux User Post.
