Tommy Boy ~ "Fat guy in a litte coat", when Tommy's using the car models of a potential buyer in his "demonstration".

Zoolander ~ Gasoline Fight.

Anchorman ~ The whole dang movie.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail ~ See above.

The dont stop me know scene from shaun of the dead. I loved that movie, im watching it now actually.

Hot Shots! the "God, I love a good funeral" scene. Bridges is a legendary comedic genius.

Pretty much the whole of Scary Movie 3 or specifically the bit when the vase falls on Cindy's head.

Since we are talking about super troopers, Im just gonna say the whole freaking movie was hilarious. These scenes come to mind:

-"You boys like MEEEXXXICOOO???!!"
-the scene when they pull over the crazy german people and he randomly tickles thornys junk with a feather
-the bear/redneck suit

The Saddam Hussein impalement scene in the South Park movie.

Monsters, Inc. - The opening scene, where the monster is trying to scare the kid, it doesn't work, the kid scares the monster, and then the scene pans out and it was all just a simulation. Genius. I remember seeing that in the threater and the entire audience cracked up for like five minutes. That was hilarious.

All 3 Austin Powers film.
