Kweena for me, too.
I pronounce the various Qu names thus:
Kweena
Kwaan
Kwaaluh
That last one is how I pronounce Quale's name. In the case of both Brahne and Quale, I sound the final 'e' like it would be in a Germanic language. Some people prefer to make it a silent, English-style 'e'.

like the name Quinn.. then Uh
then again i called Tidus 'Tie-Dis'

I can understand people doing the quin-a thing, but I would think proper english would dictate that another "n" be present before the addition of a vowel if pronounced that way.
