In 1999 I was 12 years old, and most definetly didn't party.
I was 19 in 1999. I was at a party at my friend Nick's house. There were about 40ish people at that party, and there was alcohol everywhere, these people weren't joking around with the BYOB. This was one of the first times I had ever gotten drunk, I didn't really start drinking until I was 21. I had a lot of fun at this party. I played bartender for a little while, injested very large quantities of alcohol, and dance quite a bit. Then at midnight we all toasted with a glass of champagne. The only bad thing was that I had no one to kiss at midnight....oh well, I was drunk, I didn't care.
