Tonberries or Metal Slimes?

Heh heh. Look at your sig.

I was viciously and ruthlesly sp? mauled by
metal slimes in both Dragon Warrior 7 and
Dragon Warrior Original

So Metal Slime wins.

Well, like all things in Dragon Quest, they ARE really hard at first. But if you just level up and cast some buffs and debuffs, you'll have little trouble. Even 8 metal babbles isn't a challenge.

Tonberries never run away. They just count down for a while, then blam, karma. They're like a slightly less devastating form of Bahamut (5, 4, 3, 2, 1, MEGAFLARE!)

I really don't see how a comparison can be made.

Still, neither of them come close to Heidigger.

I'm going to go with the Metal Slime because most people are too biased to answer the poll.

can you really run in to that many slimes? Which dragon warrior game are they from. I have only played part 1 for the super nes. And its great!

Aren't they in DQI? I thought they were, but later on. My sig is taken from DQII, and yes, they show up in groups of 8. In fact, they pretty much ONLY show up in groups of 8.

holy crap yea thats scaryer than tonberryes. The most one can run in to is 3 in FF IX
