What is the user group for?

It's a place you go to where we can save you from getting yourself banned. It allows you some time to cool off and rethink what you post.

It's for people who are posting like mad but the staff doesn't want to ban them because they know they're only doing it 'cause they're drunk. It's also been used once or twice on members who are good members but are angry for some reason to give them a chance to calm down.

It just means you can't post.

I was not drunk nor angry when I was put into it. There needs to be a Not-drunk Not-Angry Tank.
