I liked Kirby's Adventure along with a lot of the ones already mentioned.

I love NES games. The best thing about them is that you can find them so very cheap. I've got quite a collection building up, and I'm beginning to sort it out on IGN.

I'm having a little trouble finding all of the games in the database, so I'm going manually one by one putting them in. I did my first 100 NES games and a few of my SNES if you want to check out what NES games I liked and disliked.
And I will say this:
Double Dragon II has the best NES final battle ever.
-
Mario (original)
Super Mario Bros.
Duckhunt
Mario 3
Ninja turtles 1-3
Double Dragon
Contra
Excitebike
Captain Skyhawk
Zelda 1
Zelda 2
Dragon Warrior 1-4
Kung-Fu
Metroid
Battletoads
Kirby Adventures
Top Gun ( I couldn't beat this game until I was 18 :p )
Final Fantasy
RBI Baseball
Baseball
Metal Gear
Commando
Bionic Commando
Faxanadu
Ikari Warriors
I have more but I can't think of them right now.

I think I owned a NES at one point, although the SNES is better than any console. Ever.
