What's a sensible height above the glass for pouring drink into? :p

I have to hold the container with both hands and touch it to the top of the glass so I don't spill 'cause BJ'll beat me with a shoe. D:

I'm so short that I have to hold the container and the glass very steady. I'm awful at pouring things because of my height, especially sugar. xD

I drink straight from the carton or bottle at home, but if i ever pour it, i do no space between the cup and bottle.I put the tip to the edge of the cup.

i make as much distance from container to glass as i can to prevent boredom.... im a sad sad soul
