Jecht shot?!

wow a tournament just to get jecht shot 2 im gonna win that theres no way im gonna lose!

i won the tornament that has jecht shot 2 for the pirst prize and as usual i'm top scorcer and 1st place. but it said that i can't learn the jecht shot 2.... do i learn it later???
