I usually buy a powerball ticket once it hits 100 million.
Last weekend my parents were traveling and my mom got a scratchee at the gas station and won $100.
I'd turn myself black.
The biggest jackpots are always the most disappointing. There is so much money people all think, oh why not enter, even though they never usually do. More players = more chance of a winner, more winners equals less money for each.
As weird as it sounds if I won $2.5 million because another 100 people won I would be incredibly put out. Come on, on the night you'd be like oh I just won $250 million. And then you go to claim it and it is a 100th of that amount.
That's okay. $2.5 million is still enough for me. :p
I bought a Mega Millions ticket a few years back when it was like $150 million or something. Of course I didn't win. My friend also bought one and won $5 for getting the mega ball correct. I told him he should never play the lottery again and quit while he was ahead.
I'd buy a small central American republic, and name it 'Cheland' and turn it into a huge celebration of Che Guevara. Or maybe just buy 600,000 tons of string cheese. Or a huge statue fo Solid Snake. 5000 metres tall! Cool! A three mile Snake staue.

Is a semi-colon the right punctuation?
Stick with periods to break up seperate thoughts. You can never go wrong with periods.
EDIT: Ironically enough, I could've use a semi-colon there. :)
commas are fine for demarking answers in a list so long as none of the individual answers contain contain a comma.
Oh, yeah, update.
I didn't win the $250 million. :(
Awww, I was pullin' for ya :(
You suck at the lottery!

If you won $250 million, what would do with it?
Start a company, and invest in it.
