I've seen friends more than once and I've never seen this "how you doin' " thing.

I'm not one of those people that watched it religiously, but I did watch it quite a few times. Especially in the beginning. I can't speak for the later episodes. But I don't honestly think he did it all that much. But the first time he said it, it instantly became a trademark. So he didn't have to say it that much. I can actually only think of one instance ^_^'

The thing was first used while Phoebe was pregnant, in an episode where Rachel was considering asking out Joshua, one of her clients. It was used a lot after that, but not a single time before.

What KB means is that in every single episode 6 obnoxious twats run around screaming "OH. MY. GOOOOOOOOD!" and get into hilariously unfunny situations, which are usually resolved by the end of the episode!

Monty Python is much funnier than Friends

Friends was ok for a luke warm non-stimulating comedy. I prefer English comedies, both the benign and the intellectual ones. I did, however, enjoy Friend's to a degree.

The smilie....i never use it...but while i never use it, I don't want my 'option' to do something I'll never do taken away, so keep it, just for that reason, we're killing Arabs for this freedom.
