Actually, women get into accidents much more often than men, but don't do nearly as much damage. Whereas men tend to get into fewer accidents, but more severe. Women are more likely to dent bumpers and fenders, scratch paint, etc., whereas men will just total the vehicle. Which is why insurance is higher for men.
When men decide to screw up a car, we do it right the first time!

Let's just compromise and say nobody can drive.
PMT distracts women drivers. It's a well-known fact.
At certain times of the month, women are perfectly competent drivers. At other times of the month, they shouldn't be let near the wheel of any vehicle. I'm not being sexist, I'm just echoing the thoughts of many men and women worldwide.
You know who really can't drive? Old people who've just had eye surgery.
