I don't use it to make fun of idiots, as they do that all by themselves. I use it whenever anyone has an idea that I don't like. "OMG LOL LETS DELETE EOFF ROFLCOPTER!!!!!11111!!!"

I notice the occasional "omgroflsex0rs1!!111!111" from well established, supposedly mature members of EoFF who should really know better. ;)
It's usually directed at newbies who simply can't type.
