Piccolo was the coolest. Unfortunatly as soon as the buu saga came, everyone who wasnt a super saiyan were shoved to one side. The best Saiyan was Future Trunks (Not the pesky little one but the one who came to tell them about the androids). Vegeta was also pretty cool.
