Hhmmm..... overall as a character (looks, personality, etc.) I definately say Rikku!!
BUT in battle, Yuna's the best. She has all the white magic and aeons, and later on if you give her some of Lulu's black magic spells, Yuna will kick SO much ass!!! And Yuna's Nirvana is one of the best ultimate weapons too! ;)
i agrre with angelic rikku. character wise, rikku. battle wise, yuna. Lulu just doesn't cut it for me
