I like the Mage Masher, if just for the name...
I know there were bayonettes, but I can't see any other *real* weapons being anywhere as graceful as a gunblade xD
You could argue that all the weapons that square uses weren't made up. I mean, Gambit uses cards and dice in X-Men after all, which puts setzer out. Most other things are actual weapons, leaving only Cait Sith being the only original one after all is said and done.
i personally thought the gunblade was really cool, but there are just so many gorgeous knight swords with crazy names ( i loved Save the Queen) that you just couldn't not do a sidequest for. and the chicken knife - brave blade concept and the elemental guns are really nice...i think Cerberus (?) , if that's the name of Vincent's 3-barreled gun is fab. and thanks budsoda_02 for the info on the polearm! wonder if they also twirled around with it in real life. :)
The Healing staff.
So much fun!
Atma Weapon. I mean WTF?
The Atma Weapon is basically a lightsaber that gets stronger with you :)
I can't remember the name of the duel-blade weapon that Zidane can wield, but it is indeed a real weapon.
Gunblades did make a short appearance in history, if memory serves, but they were abandoned because they just weren't practical.
Nailbat.

i dont think its a bell
i dont they use a weapon at all?
dont they just use weird 0 mp attacks?
No, I confirm, it's a bell.
very well
The Bards use a Harp.
What they don't tell you is that the harp strings are made of razor sharp cheese wire, they just slam the harp down over the heads of their enemies and turn them into salami.
that's the one right there too. :moomba:Quote:
