The one in his hand kinda looks like a hotdog but the rest of them look like loaves of bread.
look the game says hes eating hotdogs so hes eating hotdogs. that simple.
He's eating a hotdog but what you can see is the bread because the hotdog is inside the bread... :mog:

Why can't we just accept that it was originally bread, and was translated to hotdogs so that all us non-Japanese people would understand why he's craving for them so much?
