There's a lying contest going on at the moment over here in the uk, Lawers and politicians aren't allowed to compete because they are too good

Im an excellent liar. And am also very good at picking up on other peoples lies.

I'm a little too good at lieing. You can't tell if I lie. There's no possible way. I can stare you in the eyes and lie to your face and unless you alreay knew the truth you wouldn't know. Soooooooooooooooo I hate lieing. I used to lie a lot a bout stupid things. I hardly lie anymore.

Apparently peaople look upwards and to the left during a lie-sth to do with accessing the creative portion of one's brain. I sometimes lie impulsively.

I don't lie very much; I think I used to, and it made me really uncomfortable. Besides, if I even try to lie now, I start laughing within a few seconds and that just ruins it.

Unless I'm trying to be completely serious to get something, like another day for a homework assignment, etc. Tut tut.

I a really good lier. I look peopel in the eyes while saying it and they always believe me. Except my best friend. Since we are always together she ussally knows what i'm talking about to others but she noticed that whenever i lie my left eyebrow twitches, just once and it's very slight. Other than that you can never catch me in a lie.
But i seem to be able to tell when other people are lieing. i mean sometimes i cant but most of the times i can.

yea because u can tell if someone is lieing with they keep ur eyes off of u, thus making it easier to lie

The purpose of language is to communicate ideas, lying is completely counterproductive to that.

white lying is awesome...:thumb:
