Here is a question. Why not have a spam forum then? Because it will spread to other forums?!?! Isn't that why you have the zero crapulance rule in place? Then those people can do their spam and you can have chit-chat back and keep your eyes on emo obstacles forum! - ed

Zero crapulance in one forum does not mean that it gets free reign in the rest. If everyone would just use their brain before posting all would be well. No Spam Forum. Why would be make a whole forum for something that we're trying to get rid of? Having it's own forum will just bring it out more. Look what happened after usernotes were introduced. Instead of bringing spam down it has increased it. Give someone an inch and they want the whole ruler.

For our European members: Give someone a centimeter and they'll take a kilometer.

If you want to be accurate, rename EoEO "General Chat" and rename General Chat "The Internet is 99.99% Crap and Here's Proof".

You know, I've never enjoyed banning members, but if it will make EoFF a better place I generally slide that way. Maybe we should just ban every member who spams once. I'm sure there are forums that do a lot of banning for lack of quality contribution, BoB.

You could at the very least ban people for being disruptive. How in the world did this not result in a ban? Unless it did and I can't tell?

That one was my fault, I was at school when I got to it and didn't have a lot of time to do more than just skim the posts.

I think the Staff does a good job considering that most of us are doing the job from school or work. Sometimes things get missed, but everything is good in the end.

yea, I noticed that today and we took action.

I pointed it out before Unne did in this thread. I said he should've been banned in post #10! Why are you all quoting his post and revering him like a god and not me? Now I feel inferior and ignored and intelligent and I just can't take all this abuse. :(

I'm leaving for Fool's Gold where my troll-spotting talents will be appreciated!
