Well, he was literally promoted to CK in order to prepare him for being an Admin. We had that intention since day one. He was potentially going to replace cl_out, but cl_out's departure was uncertain and it turned out he didn't have to go in the end (he found net access or something). Yams is a great admin, I've worked with him as one at tGA and have seen him in action at FG.
