i'v had mine for over four years, and its still working at top quality.
my PS2's laser is screwed aswell, it's an early model from 4 year back and it started screwing up about last year.
I heard about the crashing 360s and burst into laughter.
Same here, aside from the face plate just falling off the drive. System works decently though.Quote:

Its better to get your system like year after it comes out. That way they will fix most of the glitches and there will be more stuff you can buy with it.
