I can do lots of stuff on a trampoline and I MIGHT be able to do a backflip on normal ground, but I'm worried I might break my neck so I haven't tried yet.

I can do front flips, but when I land I often land on my heels, so I slip and fall. I can also do a round-off backflip. Handstands, handsprings, and all that fun tumbling stuff is easy peasy... lemon squezy:spin:
Note: I NEVER use a trampoline for my awesome skills.
Note2: I'm thinking of trying an off-the-wall backflip and a no-handed cartwheel.
Uhm I'm sure if you gave me an hours worth of practice I could do some flips. I used to be in gymnastics and used to do all those flippy thingies. I was capable of doing a backhandspring, back flip, front flip, and of course everything that's easier than that. :S
