I say the one in the Al Bhed Home. So emotional, that scene is...

It's definately when Tidus jumps off of the airship at the end. You could see the intense connection between Yuna and Tidus when Yuna said "I love you" ooh, that was pure love and romance. To say for the first time right when your love is leaving is kinda stupid and a real shocker for Tidus because that made him REALLY not want to jump off of the ship.
