Loony BoB is also known as Xander now? I've obviously missed something big here.

Loony BoB, (also known as Xander), saved Leeza, (also known as buffy the vampire slayer) from drowning, because Psychotic, (also known as angel) doesn't breath, therefore couldn't perform cpr.
