Are there any members who won the "Best Member" Ciddie that were either never on staff or were not on staff at the time they won it?

There has been six members to have won Best Member in the Ciddies.

Cid, Scottie, Acmlm, Dr Unne, Loony BoB, and Del Murder

My only guess is that either Acmlm or Dr Unne won the award without being in staff, though, both have been in staff, but it's very likely that Unne won when he was not in staff at one point.
