When I get stressed there's nothing better than eating or playing playstation!! ^_^ lol
seriously If I'm really stressed I'll either watch anime or play playstation or something to get my mind off it and chill out. Then when I am relaxed I work towards soliving my problem of stress, like for example, if I'm worried about a test I'll study harder, If it's social I'll try talking to people, and so on
If I'm pressed for time then I'll probably skip the relaxed part though

I find that I talk a lot, to anybody who shuts up long enough for me to start. It's basically talking to myself and working stuff in my head out aloud and people want to throw things at me.
Or I get mad and pitch a fit and yell and demand hugs.

I have panic attacks and drink a gallon of coffee. Then I do something creativly useless that only amuses myself, like record a song off of megaman accapella with my computer mic.

I bitch and moan until I've pissed all of my friends off. That makes me even more stressed. I don't handle stress well. I don't like stress. I just like to get these things that I am stressing over done with as soon as possible. I'm not able to do ANYTHING until then.

for stress and Anger alike, i would most often put down my thoughts and feelings on a piece of paper or maybe play video-games.

sometimes it helps you and another person just to simply talk about your problems openly to one another.Some one close to you or just some one like us. YOu may consider some of us to be close to you but I was shooting for some one more along the lines as a girlfriend or wife or brother ect ect.
Please feel free to discuss any problems, we are no experts of your problems but surely we can all relate to having problems ourselves .
Stress is like a heavy weight that grows less in mass as we lower it. Prehaps we can help you find ways to easier cope with your stress levels and to lower them.
1st we would need to know why you are stressed out.:)

I usually only get stressed at work (and then only rarely.) I have been known to punch things. I usually regret that later.

I "force control" it. I'm good at handling pressure.

I watch something that makes me laugh - Friends is the movie of choice at the moment and I sleep. If I don't I get really bad headaches.
