Batman, as I used to love the 1960s version. I like the concept of a super hero without any superpowers.

Second best is Wolverine... after all, he's a Canadian superhero in an American comic, that's a good thing. Instead of being flawless like other heroes, Wolverine has many problems with facing his past, and he is also sort of anti-social. He also has a healing factor, admantium claws, improved senses... and of course super-strength.
