From the very little I know about the subject, I'd have to say Art Deco.
Art Nouveau because of this picture. Bought a huge poster of it last year, just need a decent frame now.

Art deco architecture is nice, but shows its age. Badly. It's a rather dated style that only really 'works' if you happen to be in an area that's got a lot of buildings from that era. Art nouveau, however, tends to have a bit more lasting appeal. Deco's just a bit too inorganic for my taste.
