Tanooki can turn into a solitary statue that is invulnerable for a short while, and can stomp on some of the harder enemies. Also it's cuter.
Tanooki is very useful but hammer bros is better because those hammers kill everything.

Where's the engorged scrotum?
never tried that
Kishi's link makes me sad. :(
Oh those lovable tanuki. There's just something about them that is...wow.
Tom Nook (Animal Crossing) is a play on the word "tanuki".
I was going to make this topic, but I wasn't sure where to put it. So I just... didn't make it.
I think Mario sucks. But since I love Italian foods, I guess it equals it out. :( :D
I love anything Italian.
Italian foods = heaven.
Yay! Tanuki Mario! But I sucked too much to use him effectively.
Ironically I'm getting SMB3 for my GBA very soon. But I'm with Del, Hammer Mario rocks ever so slightly harder.

Yes, the real winner.
How is that ironic?Quote:

Well I could have bought any game for my GBA, but I happened to buy that one. Also today happens to be Tanooki Mario day, out of a possible 365 days, that's a 1 in 365 that it would be related to Super Mario Brothers 3. Assuming that with the other four games I bought that the chances of me buying SMB3 were approximately 1 in 104. Therefore the chances of me buying that game on this day are 1 in 37960.Quote:

I like the boot.
I love him. I love him unlike any before him or any after.
I love the tanuki+red riding hood video. I've seen it somewhere, I just can't remember...where.
