I usually name my characters in themes. In the past, I've named them after rocks, plants, my best friends, Spanish food, characters from my stories, and other things like that. I do this in Chrono Cross as well.

Too bad this thread is about Chrono Trigger then ;).
Anyway, I do that with my computers. I always name them after either Stars or constellations.
I always name 'Frog' Glenn, because I cannot stand to call him Frog. That is so freaking stupid. The other names I didn't really pay much attention to, 'sept Nadia.
