Independent. I just love to spam HP Plus materia, and Enemy Lure/Enemy Away are both extremely useful.
Who needs materia when you got a sickly huge sword and omnislash?

Toss up between magic and support. They are both very pretty. I picked support on the poll because nobody had voted for it yet.
I probably wouldnt have finished the game without support materia, i had about 3 hp pluses given to 1 character
