this is one hard question

FF3 for me. FF12 doesn't seem to excite me and I'm not sure if I want to get Dirge, or not.

It would be a coin toss between 3 and 12.

My friend and I have a mutual agreement that if he did not give me his copy of FFIII when got here, he would be shot.

This isn't even a question for me honestly. FFXII is the only one I'm excited about. I don't own a DS, and I've played the original FFIII on an emulator anyway. I don't really care about the fact that it's now in 3D and probably comes with a bunch of other extra's to be honest. DOC holds no real interest for me. Maybe when I eventually get the chance to play it I may change my tune, but right now "meh" sums up my general feelings for it.

FFXII looks to be the most original FF in a while though, and I personally can't wait for the change of pace in the battle system. If it were a more traditional FF, I doubt I'd give a crap about it right now to be honest. I'm pretty sick of traditional turn based RPG's nowadays.

FFXII I guess since I don't have a DS and only have $50. FFIII if I already had a DS. :p
