Floccinaucicihilipification. It's not particularly long, but it makes up for it by being quite easy to fit into everyday conversation.

EDIT: Turns out you can extend that last word with an 'arianism' but I couldn't remember that bit.

A lot of people make it seem like antidisestablishmentarianism is a hard word to spell, but it's really not. All ya have to do is sound it out! It's easier than many small words.
