It is a graphic design, prog. you can buy it through the internet. I don't know I didn't get mine like this, I bought it from the market.

Yeah I downloaded mine and thanks again ^_^

You could always ask someone to give it to you aka download. As for the sig, it's cute and simple but good. Oh and a heres a tip, use many styles instead of sticking to one, you could get stuck with one for a while and be stuck for ideas.

Pretty good although you can spot something in the center, like an invisible line, same goes for the avvie. You never use borders?
