Assuming Maxx Power is the captain, I'd first sprinkle some Faerie Dust all over myself and use it to fly away. When the captain is about to walk down the plank, I'd tell him, "Fly, Maxx! Just believe, and you can do it!" The captain jumps down the plank but he starts to fly before he hits the water. Then the captain and I pick up our weapons and prepare to take back the ship, with the captain yelling at the traitors, "You're all going down!"

Depends on why I'm a pirate. Am I a pirate that likes to travel and I happen to steal on the way? Am I a pirate just because I like stealing? Am I a pirate because I wanted to kill people?
Lets go with the third one. That captain was pretty stupid, and that gives me an excuse to kill him.
I think it's probably best to stay loyal to the captain else he might delete the usernote he sent you regarding your membership
Being the captain, and all-knowing, I'd kill all the mutinous bastards in their sleep and make port as soon as possible to fine me a new crew.
