I think they are just trying to make it a nice, safe place for everyone. I can understand their concerns over spamming because other Forums i use have Threads destroyed by going off-topic. Yes you do. Spamming and shouting and demanding that everybody hates the mods is not a good way to go if you want to stay here.

Personally, I think the admins do a great job.

And yeah, they might ruin one or two topics sometimes, but it's always for a good reason, and 99% of the time they're really nice.
