Around 40 hours
Around 52 hours or so on my latest file. I didn't finish any sidequests - I didn't even play any blitzball.

I beat the first game in 45 hours without doing any side quests and with weak characters (characters with 2000-4000 HP doing 1500-3500 damage to Braska's Final Aeon, Auron doing about 8000 damage after an Armor Break). The second game took me about 60 hours. I got all the Aeons and did some leveling-up and side quests, though I didn't fight any of the Monster Arena creatures or Dark Aeons.
i've had about 235 hours since i beat the game, but never bothered much to fight Sin again, so i kept on playing and the record is now 265:51. of course, getting Break HP Limit for the entire party contributed to much of the time and Gil for a personal sidequest.
28:54 to get to BFA, but at 74:50 for sidequests.
