I shower once a day, but I clean myself off 3 times, so I make sure I am clean, rather than just water trickling over me.
I shower every morning. Some days after work I'll feel really gross so I'll shower again. Most times though, it's only once a day.

I can't relate to the "there's no incentive during summer" thing because summer makes me feel like a giant hideous greaseball and I go insane if I don't take a shower everyday. It's lessened in other seasons, but I still hate to go a day without a shower.
I shower at least once a day. I don't think there has ever been a day where I took more then one shower ... but I only wash my hair every other day. xP
