Pop. That's a funny word. I say soda, but pop is a funny word. I never heard it called pop until I came here. Well, that's a lie. I just never noticed it being called pop. I guess in my country it is called soda pop.

Actually I believe you're looking for the Japanese that literaly translated is spelled "soo desu" and romanized to a more "soo des" sounding type of thing. So I guess if you say soda REALLY funny, it could be right. At least in Japan. Otherwise we definitely have to go with pop here.Quote:
