I saw The Departed over the weekend. It was good! The only thing that made me not like it THAT much was because (SPOILER)EVERYONE DIED. I mean, dang. It was kinda crazy how people were just keeling over left and right. That made me sad.
Anyway, I thought DiCaprio once again proved how great a actor he really is with this movie. I thought he out-shined everyone else in the movie (although everyone else did a pretty good job too).
And Scorcese does some really interesting stuff with the edits and camera work. I liked it.
Lots and lots of cussing too! It was funny.

Yeah i heard that its a remake of infernal affairs (which i also hear was really good) as well so might as well see it :)

This was great except for the spoiler hannah mentioned. Scorcese loves to do that so that's why I like his 'based on a true story' movies better because it limits him in (SPOILER)the amount of people he's allowed to kill. The all star cast really performed. I loved Marky Mark's character.

Some people have complained about (SPOILER)the amount of cast killed, but I loved that. It was just perfect the fact that one only lead character survived! When I went the whole cinema was looking round going"Did he just kill everyone?!"

One of the best films of the year. Scorsese's best if you ask me.
